The Youth Entrepreneur Accelerator is a six-week, skills-based training program to empower Tampa Bay youth ages 12-18 to develop business and workplace skills through real-world entrepreneurship experiences. The program fosters youth employment readiness and self-employment understanding through hands-on learning, professional certification, and mentorship. By focusing on both theoretical and practical components, the program equips youth to start, manage, and grow their ventures or succeed in entry-level employment.

The program culminates in a youth vending experience at the 2025 Tampa Bay Collard Green Festival, where participants will highlight and sell their products to the community, reinforcing their learning and confidence.
